4CH_CUT
4CH_CUT is an effective cutting method to decrease the burr generated when cutting a resin substrate.
Mechanism of burring generation
When a resin substrate is cut, burring is generated in the direction of the blade rotation.

4CH_CUT Method (All the processes are by down cut)
1. 0º⇒90º (CH1⇒CH2)
When separating into die, burring is generated in the direction of blade rotation.

In CH1, cut lines are cut again in the direction of the red arrows and burring moves in the direction shown in Fig. 3.

3. 270º (CH4)
In CH2, cut lines are cut again in the direction of the red arrows shown in fig. 4, and burring is cleared away.
