Introduction of Multiple-Workpiece Mounting Function
 
A multiple-workpiece mounting function to process multiple workpieces (materials to be processed) mounted on one frame is available with the DISCO dicing saws.


Advantages of the Multiple-Workpiece Mounting Function
- Reduced tape cost by mounting multiple workpieces on one sheet of dicing tape.
- Improved throughput by cutting down the transfer time.
- Improved throughput by cutting down the mounting time since multiple workpieces can be mounted together on one frame.
